1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bg341 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the bg341 website located at https://bg341.net and all associated services, products, games, and features accessible through that domain.

By completing the account registration process, accessing the bg341 platform in any capacity, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or using any game or service offered by bg341, you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bg341 platform and must not register an account.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3. Account Registration and Security

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without any obligation to return deposited funds where fraudulent intent is established.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bg341 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bg341's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory process that all players must complete before their first withdrawal can be processed. KYC documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of the payment method used for deposit. bg341 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage where enhanced due diligence is required.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bg341 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds), and permanent account closure. bg341 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Underage Access: Attempting to register, access, or use the platform while under 18 years of age, or assisting an underage person in doing so.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one bg341 account, regardless of the identity or payment method used for each account.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, submitting falsified documents, or impersonating another individual.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bg341 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. bg341 also reserves the right to close accounts as part of scheduled platform maintenance, regulatory compliance obligations, or business restructuring.

Player-Initiated Closure: Players who wish to close their bg341 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bg341 will process any pending withdrawals for verified account balances and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts are permanently closed, the player is removed from all marketing communications, and re-registration is prevented for the duration of the exclusion period. Consequences of Breach-Related Closure: Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, bg341 reserves the right to withhold all account balances, including original deposits, where there is evidence of fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other serious violations. Any such withholding will be communicated to the player in writing via their registered email address.

9. Limitation of Liability

The bg341 platform and all services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg341 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds data, the completeness of the game library, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

bg341 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond bg341's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Errors in odds or game pricing that were corrected in accordance with these Terms prior to settlement.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by bg341's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Where a statutory right of redress exists and cannot be waived, these Terms do not affect that right.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bg341 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for reasons including but not limited to: regulatory developments, changes to the platform's product offering, updates to payment processing procedures, or corrections to errors in the existing text.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bg341 will endeavour to notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. However, it is each player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field in the hero section of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the bg341 platform after revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of the bg341 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fairness and transparency that underpin responsible online gaming operations. bg341 is committed to resolving any dispute through its internal complaints process in the first instance.
